I rang these folks expecting to make an appointment for them to come out and explore green slime in my backyard PVC spigot line, and possible concern. It might be bacterial related. I also had my hot water heater flushed out (neglected for 8 years 🙄) and discovered a ton of calcium deposits. The woman I spoke with (sorry I did not get her name) recommended I submit a photo or of the slime. She patiently and thoroughly educated me about possibilities and solutions relevant to my problem. I was expecting to have an appointment made, followed by a solution involving a large bit of money invested in gadgets and treatments to deal with the issue. I will surely follow up with her recommendations. I just wanted to write this review which echos many other reviewers attesting this is a highly professional company who is truly interested to be helpful, not mere money grubbers 🤗🌻
